To Give A Smile is a nonprofit organization on a mission to Spread Hope, Save Lives to children and their families facing medical related needs. Each year we partner with area hospitals & Ronald McDonald Homes to provide fun and uplifting activities to take a child's mind off current treatment, while internationally we take medical teams all over the world to provide free healthcare to those in need.
